Seattle Seahawks at Tennessee Titans (-3, 42 1/2), 4:05 pm, FOX - With all the road favorites this week, it's surprising to see Seattle coming in to 1-1 Tennessee as an underdog, but Seattle's offense hasn't exactly been electric, scoring just one touchdown in their two games, a 17-9 loss at Green Bay, and an unsightly, 12-9, win at home over the 49ers.

Tennessee ripped the Jaguars last week, 37-16, but the Jags are not the Seahawks, especially on defense, and Marcus Mariota may get picked a few times before this one is over. Seattle will fix their offense and find ways to keep the Titans out of the end zone.

Coin Flip: Tennessee

Prediction: Seahawks 23 Titans 20

Cincinnati Bengals at Green Bay Packers (-8 1/2, 44 1/2), 4:25 pm, CBS - The Bengals were beginning to serial down toward the end of last season, going 6-9-1 overall, and their capitulation may be complete with a pair of losses already on the 2017 books.

Green Bay may well be the class of the league, even after their 34-23 defeat at Atlanta last week and the Bengals are no match for them.

Coin Flip: Green Bay

Prediction: Packers 35 Bengals 14

Kansas City Chiefs (-3, 47 1/2) at LA Chargers, 4:25 pm, CBS - If the Chiefs get their offense going, there's no way the Chargers can stay with them for long. Kansas City has one of the finest offensive machines in the league, Kareem Hunt and Tyreek Hill are making Alex Smith an all star at QB after wins over New England and Philadelphia.

Even though this is a divisional clash, the point spread is not nearly enough to be a concern.

Coin Flip: Los Angeles Chargers

Prediction: Chiefs 40 Chargers 23

Oakland Raiders (-3, 53 1/2) at Washington Redskins, 8:30 pm, NBC - Here's another road favorite that one has to like. With Derek Carr heathy and running the show, the Raiders may not lose more than three times this season. This is not one of those times.

Oakland's defense needs some fine-tuning, but the offense may be the league's best. They already lead the league in scoring (35.5 per game) and are fourth in total offense (384.5 yards per game). Washington, besides not being in the same conference, isn't really in the same league.

Coin Flip: Oakland

Prediction: Raiders 35 Redskins 18

Monday, September 25

Dallas Cowboys (-3, 47) at Arizona Cardinals, 8:30 pm, ESPN - Dallas was exposed by the heady Denver defense last week, Das Prescott throwing for two TDs but also a pair of picks in a 42-17 rout. Ezekiel Elliott was held to a career-low eight yards rushing on nine carries.

The problem for Arizona is that they struggled to get to 1-1, having to go to overtime to defeat the Colts, 16-13. This is a real head-scratcher, with Arizona home for the first time this season and Dallas on the road for the second straight week. In the larger scheme of things, the Cardinals should actually be favored, so taking the points at home might be the smartest move.

Coin Flip: Cardinals

Prediction: Cardinals 26 Cowboys 23
