Jacksonville at Atlanta (-3, 40), 7:00 pm - It's tempting to go with the coin flip in week four, as almost all teams will be resting their starters, but there are some extenuating circumstances in a few meetings. This is not one of them.

WEEK 4 NFL Preseason
Tennessee at Miami (-3 1/2, 40), 7:00 pm - Both teams look improved coming into the regular season, but there are holes to fill in Miami and some players may be getting longer looks than necessary. Look for the Titans to notch another victory after their surprising, 27-14, win over Oakland last week.
New England at New York Giants (-2, 40 1/2), 7:00 pm - Obvious pick here is New England. Since Tom Brady will miss the first four weeks (or is it three?) of the regular season, expect second string QB Jimmy Garoppolo to work with most of the first string offense. The Giants, having shown little-to-nothing so far in preseason, will play mostly subs, so if Jimmy G is any good at all, the Pats should run up the score in the first half and maybe the second.
New York Jets at Philadelphia (-4, 39), 7:00 pm - The Eagles have retooled and are looking to finish the preseason without a loss. What better team to face than the leaderless Jets, whose only win was over the Jags, in preseason week one?
Pittsburgh at Carolina (-4, 39 1/2), 7:30 pm - No staters means no stars, but the Steeler backups have more on the ball than their Carolina counterparts.
Indianapolis at Cincinnati (-4, 39 1/2), 7:30 pm - Both teams are 1-2 in preseason, but the Bengals blew a lead to the Jaguars last week, signaling that their reserves aren't all that ready to go. Indy needs to prove to itself that it can contend and a win here would be a positive development.
Buffalo at Detroit (-3, 38 1/2), 7:30 pm - Both teams are talented and appearing ready for the regular season, though the Bills seem a lot better suited for a win here, after the Lions got bounced by Baltimore, 30-9, last week.
Washington at Tampa Bay (-3, 39 1/2), 7:30 pm - Plenty of ability off the bench for the Buccaneers, while Washington will likely be satisfied to finish the preseason even up at 2-2.
