Denver Broncos at Los Angeles Chargers (-3, 48 1/2) 4:05 pm (CBS) - Another nothing game here between two 5-9 squads from the AFC West. Back in week 8, the Broncos scored a 31-30 win over the Chargers.

Look for Los Angeles to return the favor, though by a larger margin.

Coin Flip: Los Angeles Chargers

Prediction: Chargers 33 Broncos 24

Los Angeles Rams at Seattle Seahawks (-1 1/2, 47 1/2) 4:25 pm (CBS) - As usual, Seattle has been impressive at home, notching a 6-1 mark. The Rams are 4-3 as road warriors, so this is by no means a sure thing for the Seahawks. At 9-5, the Rams are tied with Tampa Bay for a wild card and trail Seattle by a game after their disastrous, 23-20, loss to the Jets last week.

In week 10, the Rams took a 23-16 decision over the Seahawks in Los Angeles. A banged up Seattle offensive line and a healthy Rams' defense points to an LA victory and first place in the division. Seattle has already locked up a playoff spot, so they have less motivation than the Rams.

Coin Flip: Los Angeles Rams

Prediction: Rams 24 Seahawks 21

Philadelphia Eagles (-1 1/2, 49) at Dallas Cowboys 4:25 pm (FOX) - Big game in the NFC East, as both teams are still alive for the division title, though just barely. Both have been playing better of late, the Cowboys winners of two straight and three of their last five, while the Eagles topped New Orleans (without Drew Brees) 24-21, two weeks ago and fell at Arizona last Sunday, 33-26.

Jalen Hurts remains the starter for the rest of the season over Carson Wentz, giving the Eagles somewhat of an advantage. Ezekiel Elliott is on track to start at RB for Dallas which evens up the score. Dallas, 3-4 at home, enjoys home field against the Eagles, 1-6 on the road.

Coin Flip: Dallas

Prediction: Cowboys 28 Eagles 21

Tennessee Titans at Green Bay Packers (-3 1/2, 56) 8:20 pm (NBC) - The Packers own the top seed in the NFC and have already sewn up their division, so they don't need this game, but probably will be up for it just to keep a hold on that bye and home field during the playoffs.

Aaron Rodgers is likely to slice up the Tennessee secondary as he won't get much pressure. Tennessee is near the bottom of the league in sacks, though they are the league leaders in turnover differential along with Indianapolis, at +12. Likewise, the Packers are unlikely to stop rampaging running back, Derrick Henry, who still has a shot at 2000 rushing yards. The Titans need to keep winning to hold off Indianapolis, with whom they are tied at 10-4, though the Titans hold the head-to-head tie-breaker. They close out at Houston next week, while the Packers play at Chicago.

Coin Flip: Green Bay

Prediction: Titans 41 Packers 38

Monday, December 28

Buffalo Bills (-7, 45) at New England Patriots 8:15 pm (ESPN) - New England was eliminated from playoff consideration by the Dolphins, leaving the Bills with an opportunity to put another nail in the Patriots' coffin.

However, Buffalo has already clinched the division and may want to give some players rest, even though they still want to keep winning. They hold the #2 seed in the AFC, which guarantees home field until the conference championship at least, so they should be motivated.

Buffalo had to hold on for a 24-21 win at home earlier in the season against the Patriots, but the Bills have matured and should find more ways through the New England defense.

Coin Flip: New England

Prediction: Bills 34 Patriots 20
