1 Ohio State (-25.5, 40.5) at Wisconsin 3:30 pm (CBS) - The Buckeyes rolled past Illinois last week, 34-16, and should have few problems against the Badgers, who are 0-3 in Big Ten games.

Losers of their last four, all by double digits, the Badgers are really up against it against the #1 team in the country. If they score at all, it may be only field goals. Iowa shut them out last week, 37-0.

Coin Flip: Wisconsin

Fearless Rick’s Pick: Buckeyes 42 Badgers 6

4 Texas A&M (-7, 61) at Arkansas 3:30 pm (ESPN) - Razorbacks showed signs of life at Tennessee last week in a close loss, but the Aggies are a different animal altogether.

Even though winning on the road in the SEC - or anywhere in college football - is tough, the Aggies have a national championship contender and should win going away.

Coin Flip: Arkansas

Fearless Rick’s Pick: Aggies 38 Razorbacks 17

5 Ole Miss at 9 Georgia (-7, 54) 3:30 pm (ABC) - Georgia flexing its muscles in the SEC. Mississippi will prove to be vulnerable to Georgia’s relentless defense.

Coin Flip: Georgia

Fearless Rick’s Pick: Bulldogs 34 Rebels 20

SMU at Clemson (-9.5, 56) 3:30 pm (ACCN) - Interesting game in the ACC for two teams looking to improve. Clemson’s season is on the brink at 3-3, while SMU still is hopeful, with a 2-0 record in ACC play.

SMU’s out-of-conference losses to Baylor and TCU were not bad and they have adequate defensive skills to keep the Tigers in check while the offense produces multiple scoring opportunities.

Coin Flip: Clemson

Fearless Rick’s Pick: Mustangs 27 Tigers 20

7 Texas Tech (-10, 51.5) at Arizona State 4:00 pm (FOX) - Texas Tech appears to be the class of the Big 12. In three conference wins, they’ve outscored the opposition 111-38.

Arizona State cannot ride the coattails of last year’s conference championship. While they are a solid team, they’re no match for the Aggies offense, which is averaging 47.5 points per game.

Coin Flip: Arizona State

Fearless Rick’s Pick: Red Raiders 38 Sun Devils 23

21 Texas (-12.5, 43) at Kentucky 7:00 pm (ESPN) - The Longhorns have risen from the dead, awakening last week to take out rival Oklahoma, 23-6. While questions still swirl about Arch Manning, there are no concerns about the Texas defense.

The Wildcats will be hard-pressed to produce scoring drives and turnovers could turn this into a rout. Kentucky is 0-3 in the SEC, their last two losses, both on the road, were 35-13 at South Carolina and 35-14 at Georgia.

Coin Flip: Texas

Fearless Rick’s Pick: Longhorns 31 Wildcats 13

11 Tennessee at 6 Alabama (-7, 58) 7:30 pm (ABC) - Game of the day in the SEC, where Tennessee needs to prove itself at a place it seldom comes away from a winner.

Alabama has turned the corner and the Vols defense will have to step up big time. Close call goes to the Tide.

Coin Flip: Tennessee

Fearless Rick’s Pick: Crimson Tide 24 Volunteers 20

20 USC at 13 Notre Dame (-9.5, 61.5) 7:30 pm (NBC) - The question here is whether USC can stand up against one of the best rushing offenses in the country. Notre Dame, once they get rolling, can be unstoppable and their defense is more than adequate.

The 5-1 Trojans stuffed Michigan last week, 31-13, and, at 5-1, appear on the cusp of consideration for the post-season. A win over the Irish - or even a close loss - cements their reputation in a big way. Huge rivalry game. Look for USC to keep it close and possibly pull off the upset.

Coin Flip: USC

Fearless Rick’s Pick: Fighting Irish 34 Trojans 27

23 Utah (-3, 49.5) at 15 BYU 8:00 pm (FOX) - Big matchup in the Big 12, with BYU putting its undefeated 6-0 record on the line.

Utes have gotten hot lately and should win a close call.

Coin Flip: BYU

Fearless Rick’s Pick: Utes 30 Cougars 16
