7:00 pm Cleveland Browns (-2 1/2, 35) at Detroit Lions - The Browns are favored once again after scoring a rare, 5-0, win over Philadelphia last week and are 2-1 during preseason play.
At 1-2, the Lions, got their first win last week, coming back from a 27-7 deficit to win, 33-30 at Tampa Bay. Previous losses were to the Raiders and Giants.
Coin Flip: Detroit
PREDICTION: Browns 24 Lions 14
Indianapolis came up big in a 23-17 win over the 49ers last week and have enough momentum to spoil the Bengals final preseason game.
Coin Flip: Indianapolis
PREDICTION: Colts 19 Bengals 16
Coin Flip: Miami
PREDICTION: Dolphins 17 Falcons 10
Coin Flip: New England
PREDICTION: Giants 30 Patriots 17
Philadelphia lost its first two games, to the Steelers and Patriots by 17 points each, and was lackluster in a 5-0 road loss to the Browns last week. Look for Philly's subs to outplay the Jets' second stringers and exit the preseason with a W.
Coin Flip: New York Jets
PREDICTION: Eagles 20 Jets 10
Coin Flip: Pittsburgh
PREDICTION: Steelers 24 Panthers 17
Jacksonville's defense has been outstanding, allowing just 40 points and will keep Tampa's offense off the field.
Coin Flip: Tampa Bay
PREDICTION: Jaguars 17 Buccaneers 10
The Redskins are just OK, but not at the same level as Baltimore. Give the points as this may not be very close.
Coin Flip: Baltimore
PREDICTION: Ravens 31 Redskins 6

Preseason Week 4 late Games
NFL Preseason Week 3: Coin 10-5-1; Rick: 7-8-1
Cumulative: Coin 22-23-3; Rick 20-25-3
7:00 pm Indianapolis Colts at Cincinnati Bengals (-3, 34) - The Bengals are looking to finish preseason with a 4-0 mark. They've outscored opponents, 77-55, but are up against the 2-1 Colts. Indy's lone loss was a 20-19 defeat by the Ravens, who are 4-0.
7:00 pm Miami Dolphins (-1 1/2, 35 1/2) at Atlanta Falcons - The Falcons haven't gotten a whiff of winning, losing all three of their games thus far, scoring only 20 points. That makes the Dolphins a lukewarm choice here. Miami is also 0-3, but has come closer than the Flacons, outscored by 26 points in their preseason games.
7:00 pm New England Patriots at NY Giants (-2 1/2, 38 1/2) - Both teams are 2-1, and haven't won their games by much. The Giants do get home field advantage and are coming off convincing consecutive wins over Detroit (30-17) and the Jets (22-16).
7:00 pm NY Jets (-4, 36) at Philadelphia Eagles - Four points may seem like a lot to give the reigning league champions, but the Jets have shown some resolve, despite being 1-2.
7:30 pm Carolina Panthers at Pittsburgh Steelers (-2 1/2, 36 1/2) - Straight up, this would figure to go Pittsburgh's way. They've scored 71 points, gone 2-1 and are at home. While the Panthers are 3-0, this game is meaningless to them and many starters are likely to get plenty of rest.
7:30 pm Jacksonville Jaguars at Tampa Bay Buccaneers (-1 1/2, 35 1/2) - It ought to be pretty steamy in Tampa Thursday night, and the Bucs have the unlikely luxury of starting solid QBs. With James Winston out for the first three games of the regular season, he may get some snaps, but both Ryan Fitzpatrick and Ryan Griffin have played well. The Bucs blew a big lead to Detroit last week; otherwise, they'd be 3-0.
7:30 pm Washington Redskins at Baltimore Ravens (-6 1/2, 35 1/2) - Already 4-0, the Ravens have taken no prisoners, topping the league with a 45-point differential.
