7:00 pm Minnesota Vikings (-3, 35) at Buffalo Bills - Both teams are 3-0 preseason, and, with starters sitting this one out (as will likely be the case with all games), the Bills may have an edge with Matt Barkley taking snaps. He's been sharp in prior games and Minnesota counters with Kyle Sloter or Sean Mannion. Both should see action.

Prediction: Steelers 30 Panthers 10
Coin Flip: Indianapolis
Prediction: Bengals 21 Colts 6
Coin Flip: Atlanta
Prediction: Jaguars 20 Falcons 0
The Jets - also 1-2 - have a wealth of players at QB, with Trevor Siemian sure to get plenty of snaps. Unfortunately, the Jets haven't scored much, tallying just 50 points in three games. Look for a low score and lots of field goals.
Coin Flip: Philadelphia
Prediction: NY Jets 16 Eagles 15
Hainv thus far aced the preseason with a 3-0 record, the Browns have loads of talent looking to make the team and they'll have a field day against the inept Lions. Drew Stanton and Garrett Gilbert will take snaps.
Coin Flip: Cleveland
Prediction: Browns 31 Lions 13
The Giants are also 3-0 and have the best preseason offense, scoring 88 points. Alex Tanney and Daniel Jones will work at QB but may have some difficulties against the champs.
Coin Flip: New England
Prediction: Patriots 24 Giants 16
While Baltimore's defense is exceptional, they may not be able to score much. Washington will turn to QBs Case Keenum and/or Dwayne Haskins, either giving them an advantage on offense.
Coin Flip: Washington
Prediction: Redskins 23 Ravens 13

Week 4 late Games
Week 3: Rick: 10-6; Coin: 10-6
Cumulative: Rick: 26-22-1; 26-22-1
7:00 pm Pittsburgh Steelers (-3 1/2, 33) at Carolina Panthers - The Steelers will be looking at two QBs - Joshua Dobba and Mason Rudolph - who are vying for the backup job and both have been sharp thus far. Carolina should have a hard look at Will Grier and Kyle Allen, since Cam Newton may not be available in week one. Pittsburgh is 3-0, while the Panthers have gone 1-2. Advantage Pittsburgh.
7:00 pm Indianapolis Colts at Cincinnati Bengals (-3, 33 1/2) - With the shocking retirement of Andrew Luck, the Colts (0-3) will likely lean on Jacoby Brissett, though an injury to him could be devastating, so #3 QB, Phillip Walker may get many reps. The Bengals are in good shape with either Jeff Driskel or Ryan Finley in this final tuneup, despite a porous defense and a 1-2 preseason mark.
7:00 pm Atlanta Falcons at Jacksonville Jaguars (-4, 32) - In four games - all losses - the Falcons have allowed a league high 89 points. In their three games, the Jaguars have scored only 17. Atlanta will start Matt Schaub, who's been ineffective, while the Jags will get a good look at Tanner Lee. The Jags should be able to score a few points against the weak Falcon defense, probably enough to win handily.
7:00 pm Philadelphia Eagles at New York Jets (-4, 35) - With Carson Wentz likely sitting out and Nate Sudfeld out due to injury, the Eagles have only Clayton Thorson at the quarterback position. At 1-2, the prospect of winning this game is slim for the Eagles.
7:30 pm Detroit Lions at Cleveland Browns (-4 1/2, 33 1/2) - The 0-3 Lions have little going for them. They have the second-worst point differential in the league (-39) and virtually no offense without Matthew Stafford gunning. Conner Cook will get an opportunity to show what he's got.
7:30 pm New York Giants at New England Patriots (-2 1/2, 35) - Brian Hoyer and Jarrett Stidham will take snaps for the 3-0 Patriots, who have the best defense in the league, allowing just 23 points in three preseason games.
7:30 pm Baltimore Ravens (-6, 33 1/2) at Washington Redskins - With the best point differential in the league (+53), the Ravens seem to have a "take no prisoners" mindset, but the backups will get all the playing time here.
