Las Vegas Raiders @ San Francisco 49ers (-10, 52.5) (4:05 pm, CBS) - OK, the Raiders scored 38 points in their win against the Jets last week, but they allowed 33. Plus, they’re on the road again, having now traveled coast-to-coast twice.

The 49ers are clicking on both sides of the ball. A romp appears likely.

Coin Flip: Las Vegas

Fearless Rick’s Pick: 49ers 38 Jets 20

Houston Texans (-4.5, 40.5) @ Los Angeles Chargers (4:05 pm, CBS) - The Chargers haven’t won a game yet, so don’t expect them to conquer the invaders from Texas.

Houston is just 2-5, but they’re coming off a bye, so they should be rarin’ to go.

Coin Flip: Houston

Fearless Rick’s Pick: Texans 30 Chargers 20

Arizona Cardinals @ Seattle Seahawks (-12.5, 42) (4:25 pm, FOX) - At 4-4, if the season ended today, the Seahawks would not make the playoffs, as all four teams from the NFC North would. That is a position they’d like to avoid, so it’s good for them to be at home against a team they beat 31-7 in week 2.

Seattle comes off a tough Monday night, losing to the Bears, 34-17. This should be different, but covering the spread against an offense led by Gordon Minshew II might be a problem.

Coin Flip: Arizona

Fearless Rick’s Pick: Seahawks 28 Cardinals 21

Green Bay Packers @ New England Patriots (-3, 46.5) (4:25 pm, FOX) - These two have identical 5-3 records, but it’s safe to say that New England is in a better state on offense and the defense, in just three home games, is allowing 13 points per outing.

Green Bay hasn’t gotten their running game going and is unlikely to do so against the Pats.

Coin Flip: New England

Fearless Rick’s Pick: Patriots 27 Packers 17

Tampa Bay Buccaneers @ Chicago Bears (-6, 47.5) (8:20 pm, NBC) - Tampa Bay has won two straight since the return of QB Baker Mayfield, but they face a real test in Chicago as the Bears look ferocious presently.

Mayfield may spend a lot of his time on his backside here as the Bears, with the addition of Jeffery Simmons, has a tough defensive front.

Coin Flip: Tampa Bay

Fearless Rick’s Pick: Bears 30 Buccaneers 13

Monday, November 9

Buffalo Bills (-3.5, 45.5) @ Minnesota Vikings (8:15 pm, ESPN, ABC) - For a second straight week, the Vikings face an opponent with an explosive offense. It didn’t go well enough last week in Detroit, as the Lions eked out a 19-15 win.

The Bills’ defense might make Minnesota’s offense look good, but probably not good enough to win. Buffalo has the highest-scoring offense in the league (33.3 per game) and they’ll score multiple times for sure.

Coin Flip: Buffalo

Fearless Rick’s Pick: Bills 27 Vikings 20
