Detroit Lions at LA Rams (-15, 50 1/2) 4:05 pm - The Rams get to wreak havoc on the QB they traded away, Jared Goff, with the one hey received, Matthew Stafford. The Lions have not won a game this season and lost their final four in 2020, putting their losing streak at 10, now the longest in the league after Jacksonville won in London last Sunday.
It appears the Rams will extend that streak to 11. Looking like blowout city.
Coin Flip: LA Rams
Prediction: Rams 42 Lions 10
Philly's losses have all been to serious football teams: Tampa Bay, KC, Dallas, and San Francisco, and they've held their own. Their two wins have come on the road, over Atlanta and Carolina, so they look good to hang tough against Vegas, who are themselves up and down, at 4-2.
Coin Flip: Philadelphia
Prediction: Eagles 26 Raiders 24
Coin Flip: Arizona
Prediction: Cardinals 34 Texans 7
It's classic old pro versus young gun as Tom Brady looks to outshine future star, Justin Fields. Chicago's defense will have to amp up their game in the secondary and probably play a little more tight to the line than they'd like, but they've been good before and are ranked 8th in points allowed, at 20.7, which is better than Tampa Bay's 24.0. If the Bears don't get behind early they can make this one exciting.
Coin Flip: Chicago
Prediction: Buccaneers 29 Bears 26
The Colts are coming off a 31-3 romp over visiting Houston, but this one looks to be much more competitive. The 49ers are 2-3; the Colts, 2-4. Both teams need this one badly.
Coin Flip: San Francisco
Prediction: Colts 27 49ers 25
New Orleans Saints (-5, 43 1/2) at Seattle Seahawks 8:15 pm - With Geno Smith at QB for at least another couple of weeks, the Seahawks must conjure up a winning formula, lest they drop to 2-5 and nearly hopeless in the rugged NFC West.
The Saints are 3-2, but on the road here, where they've won twice and lost once. Seattle's fans can be tough on anybody, and it will be telling how well Jameis Winston responds to the noise level. Seattle has a great opportunity to steal one without Russell Wilson.
Coin Flip: Seattle
Prediction: Seahawks 30 Saints 23

Philadelphia Eagles at Las Vegas Raiders (-3, 49) 4:05 pm - Even with the departure of head coach Jon Gruden, the Raiders were able to put away division rival Denver quite handily last week in a 34-24 road win. Getting back to home turf should aid their cause against the Eagles, who come into the game at 2-4, following the Thursday night, 28-22, loss to the Buccaneers.
Houston Texans at Arizona Cardinals (-17 1/2, 47 1/2) 4:25 pm - There's no reason to risk anything on the Texans here. Arizona remained the only undefeated team in the league, busting up the Browns in Cleveland, 37-14, last Sunday while the Texans were trying to look like a real football team, losing their fifth straight, to Indy, 31-3. Nothing's working in Houston, while Arizona continued to dominate everybody.
Chicago Bears at Tampa Bay Buccaneers (-12 1/2, 47) 4:25 pm - In their loss to Green Bay last week, the Bears showed some promise, but mistakes and mental errors cost them on too many occasions. They cannot do that if they hope to improve on their 3-3 record.
Indianapolis Colts at San Francisco 49ers (-3 1/2, 44) 8:20 pm - The Colts and 49ers match up pretty well, particularly if Jimmy Garoppolo gets the start at QB. He's had two weeks to recover from a calf strain, as the 49ers took a bye last week following their 17-10 loss at Arizona on October 10.
